Q: Are your inflatables inspected and delivered clean and sanitized?
A: Yes, all of our inflatables meet all the state standards, are inspected by the state, and are cleaned and sanitized every week.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept payment at the time of delivery, either cash, check, or credit/debit card. We can also take credit/debit card payments over the phone.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: We do not require a deposit. We do however collect an up-front Document and Processing Fee of $40 per inflatable. *This is not an extra charge in any way. This will actually go towards your rental price, and you will simply owe the balance on the day of your delivery.*
If you find that you need to reschedule your rental, if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to your rental date, we will be happy to transfer your document fee to another rental. This document fee transfer is good for 12 months.
If you reschedule or cancel within 7 days of your rental date, your document fee will be forfeited.
If there is inclement weather on the day of your event, we will be happy to transfer your document fee to another rental.
We can process the document fee by Credit/Debit Card over the phone when you call to reserve your inflatable.
Q: What is the “Wet/Dry” System I see on your Great White Shark Slide, UFO Combo, and Wacky 5n1 Combo?
A: The Wet/Dry system is a new system that uses a soaker-hose to continually soak the slide with water, but does not have a pool at the end of the slide where water would collect. Instead, after the slide levels off, it starts to slope back upwards, to slow and stop the rider. The water drains off through a drainage hole in the side. So it is able to use minimal water, and minimize water runoff, while still providing a fun, refreshing water slide experience.
Q: Do I need to provide my own extension cords?
A: No, Oklahoma Moon Bounce will provide the extension cords for up to 100 feet. If your inflatable will be further than 100 feet from the nearest electrical outlet, then you will need to supply the extra extension cord. Due to the high amps that the blowers require, we cannot go beyond 200 feet.
Q: Do I supply the water for the slides and combos?
A: Yes. Our dunk tank as well as almost all of our inflatables, including combos, slides, and obstacle courses, have an attachable, inflatable pool that can be added to the unit. All you have to do is hook up a water hose!
Q: How can I feel good about the safety of the inflatable?
A: Not only are all of our bounces inspected by the state, but we take all precautions to make sure that our inflatables are as safe as possible. We stake each inflatable into the ground when possible, and we also add sandbags to every corner. We inspect all of our inflatables each week to ensure that they are in proper working order.
Q: Does Oklahoma Moon Bounce deliver the inflatable?
A: Yes, one of our professional crews will deliver the clean and sanitized inflatable to your location. We deliver to any location in the Oklahoma City Metro and surrounding area. Some locations on the outskirts or outside of the OKC Metro area might incur a small fuel surcharge.
Q: Does the delivery of the inflatable cost extra?
A: Most rentals only require a $15 delivery fee. This is just a one-time fee that covers your entire rental. We do not profit off of this fee. This goes to the drivers to help pay for their gas.
Areas on the outer parts of the OKC Metro might have a $20-$30 delivery fee or higher, depending on how far out from the city.

Q: What if it is raining or windy?
A: In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rains or sustained winds above 25mph, we will be glad to reschedule your inflatable rental. If there is rain on the day of your rental, and you would still like to keep your rental, we will be more than happy to deliver, rain or shine. Some companies will cancel on their customers on rainy days. We do not! If you want it, we deliver it!
